Lost Outlook Express on my other computer

My hard drive went down & lost my Outlook Express v6.0. Where can I get a rep[lacement copy?

I don't believe you can just download OE by itself as it is a integral part of IE.
This should work. This link is to a procedure that is older than dirt but I just tried what it said and I am running OE6 and it looks like it will work. I went as far as the image below.

PS-Upon looking at the image I noticed that "Minimal" includes IE browser and what else you choose. Will look at this some more.

Where do I get the file? I need to down load it to another computer & then install it on the computer with the lost program.

I'm running Windows XP on this computer & Windows 98 on the computer that lost the file. I have the program on this computer.
What is the location of the program & can I copy it over to the other computer using a zip disk?

I added a PS to my post. Might want to read it first. On my 98 system the IESetup is under Programs Files.
