Hello.

A few months ago windows stopped operating on my computer. I bought a new harddrive in hopes of transferring the files, so I wouldn't have to format and reinstall. Today, I got the harddrive in, switched the old hard drive to slave and then booted up. The first time it booted up, it asked me if I wanted to run scan disk on the drive, and I said no. Once I got into windows, I tried accessing the hard drive, but it said the file system was RAW and it was unaccessible. After trying to start it up a few different ways, I ran scandisk. The drive started working properly as a slave drive, however, all of the files in my windows owner folder were gone. The folder itself is still there, however, it is unaccessible, and when I click properties it says there are 0 files and 0 folders inside. Coincidentally, all of everything I had on that drive that I wanted to keep was in that folder. Is there any way to get it back?

Thanks.

Cam
