Need some advice here.

There are lots of lines to fix here.. but I'm most concerned about this one.
O2 - BHO: whowgbaxwgdankxemjrh - {13d43180-b7c6-11d7-bb63-40d64fc10000} - C:\WINDOWS\APPLICATION DATA\CBUJDSW.DLL

Note: I am not attached to the internet as yet. Performing what ever clean-up I can do before leting it loose on my network. (Have run Spybot, adaware, grisoft AV) - will try housecall when I get on.
Yes, there are some outdated applications IE 5 which I'll update asap.

I've cleaned this pc (win98 SE) up, it contained a number of trojan viruses that I was able to resolve using Grisoft. I've now been able to connect to the internet and have downloaded IE6 and run Housecall as well as updated Spybots/Adaware/Spyware Blaster and all the latest critical windows updates.

Next Issue: "My Search toolbar" and Poker/Casino icons appeared on the desktop, I've been able to isolate the programs and remove them and their program files in safe mode. (May still have some stragglers)

***** Edited Resolved below****
Current Issue: All file assoication icons appear different or missing. Not sure if this was caused by Win Critical update issue or left over from the virus. I'd like to fix these... any direction appreciated.
