Have you taken the files into photoshop, deinterlaced them and sharpened them-?
Looking for a program that printscreens videos
Hi yes i know that window movie marker has this option but i find the pcitures so degraded then the actual frame from the video in pause. Is there any other good programs that perhaps give higher quality.

You'll only get as good as the source video.
Aint that the case---I shoot professionaly and I get some pretty nice captures----Again, you can improve the mucho in a good editing program like Photoshop---De-interlacing is key.
