I have a problem with windows logon. I am running Windows XP Professional. I upgraded from Windows 2000 about a year ago. When I boot up, I get the logon box with "Valued Customer" in the user line, and no digits at all in the "password" line, with a windows error message accross the log on box stating "The system could not log you on, please check your password and try again". When I click OK, the log on box disappears and is replaced with the Windows Welcome Screen, with my icon and everything intact. I would like to remove the "Valued Customer" failed log on screen. I think it was probably from the previous Windows 2000. Help please!
