Hello, pops62 logged in but was not recognized by the TSG system.
he has cookies enabled but just cant seem to be shown here. His
name doesn't appear when he is here and we are unable to use the
chat. Please give us a hand. he has windows xp home.

Does he get any kind of error message?
In IE, try going to Tools > Internet Options.
Click the privacy tab and lower the setting, may not be accepting cookies.

Thank you Del, he has it set as low as it will go.
it says " accept all cookies". we're not sure
what's going on.

Put the mouse cursor over the time at the bottom right and make sure the date is correct.
If he clicks on reply, can he reply to a post?
