Hi I am having problems signing into my msn. I keep getting error code 810030d. I have contacted the technical support team have followed there instructions removed cache files. uninstalled msn and reinstalled. and still i am getting the same error code.
I am using a laptop with a vodafone wireless 3g card and have contacted to vodafone to make sure I don't need an updated service plan to use messeger and have been told that I don't.

can anybody help please.
