Lines in the graphics

Howdy

My cousin gave me his comp to fix, well his antique, lol. It is a pII 300 mhz, I have reformatted it, and installed aida, but I can't find out the name of the motherboard, I will have to open it later, the graphics card is a 3dx voodoo or something like that, anyway there are these vertical blue lines, and during boot up the lines show up as vertical dotted lines, my guess is the graphics card is kaput. My question, does the blue vertical lines ring a bell for anyone?

Howdy Brian

Yes the drivers on this board is a definite issue, he has a mish mash of cds, none are original and trying to find the right drivers for this board are a nightmare. I had the side off, and I could see no ID of any kind, in aida it gave me a serial no. m720 1440L000 with an IBM tag, after a search I came up with a pcchips board, but the board I have, I am certain it is a dual slot board, it is an old slot 1 board.
