hi am having issues where am having issues with limited or no connectivity after reinstalling windows xp

How about telking us what kind of network you have, make/model of any modem, router, etc. Also, waht's the patch level of XP? Is this wired or wireless?

Welcome, delling. The usual problem after a reinstall of Windows is that you neglected to install all the drivers. Look in Device Manager and see if you see any yellow or red.

Also might check to see if there is a separate CD that came with drivers for the computer.
