Law & Order: SVU

Ok, so I am a big fan of this show but due to circumstances beyond my control, I missed parts of the end of last season and the beginning of this. From the interim, it seems like there is something going on between Olivia and Stabler but I can't tell just exactly how much... can anyone fill me in? Have the kissed? Are they together? What's the story?? Please.... and thank you! :up:
