Laptop will automatically attempt to repair but won't

I wanted to extend my C: drive partition size and I used windows Disk Management tool and shrink the size of E: to create some space and a new drive. I wanted to use that space for C: but was not able to as the space wasn't to the right of C: So then I did my disk extension, using MiniTool Wizard. Extended the size of C: and Reduced the size of E: and F: and the newly created G:

After the restart, The laptop would automatically attempt to repair, start diagnostic, fail and then show me options to either use advanced options or restart/shut down. I tried all advanced options like startup repair, restore, but none of them works. I cant reset the pc, clean my drive too as it gets stuck at 24% and then fails.

I can access command prompt and i used Diskpart. and List volume shows the result in the attachment.
It seems like C: has become now System reserved and G: has become C: Please advise how to change G: to C: again if thats the problem and how to start the PC.

I dont have a windows disk, Pen drive to boot the device from.
