My laptop suddenly stopped charging and I don't know if it's the battery or the charger. Please assist

Does it work with the power cord alone, but just not charge? If so you can do the following for a battery report.

Option 1:

Click on Start menu
Type command to start searching
Right click on Command Prompt and select to Run As Administrator
Copy and Paste the following into Command Prompt
powercfg /batteryreport /output "%userprofile%\desktop\battery_report.html"
This will generate battery_report.html on your desktop
Open the report or upload for analysis
Compare the Charge Capacity with the Design Capacity. They should be close or your battery is probably bad or failing.

Option 2:
Dowload and Run the following program

What is make and full model of laptop
Most laptops have their own battery analysis procedure and battery error reporting
