I'm using a Vizio 32" television as a monitor for my laptop and it works fine when doing normal things like browsing the internet or watching videos, but when I play games (namely Fallout 4) with the TV plugged in, my computer sleeps (or maybe hibernates) at completely random moments.
It's not only a problem with fallout, the same exact thing happens with other games like Dying Light or Evolve.
I thought that it might be a temperature issue, but temps are the same whether I'm using the TV or not.
My computer is a modified version of the ASUS GL551JM 15-Inch Gaming Laptop. (I didn't modify it myself, but bought it from Computer Upgrade King. As far as I know the only part that was modified was that the hard drive was replaced with an SSD.)
