Hi I am Ratish here i have a problem with my laptop Acer aspire 4253 windows 8.1 pro that some laptop keyboard keys might not working and i already try update driver plug out & plug in keyboard cable but not working any solution for this ?

Does the onscreen keyboard work?
Does a USB keyboard plugged in work?

If the onscreen and an external keyboard work then you might have a hardware failure on you laptop keyboard.
The solution is to replace it or use the onscreen or an external USB or bluetooth keyboard instead.
