Laptop is HiJacked

I'm hitting a brick wall!!

I've gone through many of your threads, downloaded and ran the cwshredder, hijackthis, adaware, spybot, even done some serious searches through the registry. Installed XPSP1a. Still can't get to the Internet and http:///? is usually placed in front of any web address I manually type in. No recent changes are remembered.

I'm attaching my hijack log. Your help would be appreciated.

If nothings shows up Start in Safe mode and then run AdAware

Then run Hijackthis and fix the following items again
