Laptop crashes whenever I put load on it

Whenever I play any games (ranging from MSFS to The Escapists 2) or just browsing sometimes, my laptop hard crashes. No shut down screen, nothing. It just freezes for half a second and goes completely blank. I've bought a laptop cooling pad in case it was problems with the temperatures, but it didn't fix anything. When I'm actually playing, I don't notice any frame drops. The game itself is perfectly smooth. Usually I can get a few minutes on my computer before it crashes, but after the first time it crashes faster. It always restarts by itself. I've tried going to Dell tech support, but they just made me reset Windows and updated my drivers.

Here are my specs:

Model: Alienware m15 Ryzen Edition R5
CPU: Ryzen 5900HX
GPU: RTX 3070 Laptop
RAM: 32 gb (16gbx2)(dont know the model)
Storage: 1TB pre-installed M.2 SSD (dont know the model) + aftermarket 1TB Samsung 980 M.2 SSD
Display: 240hz 2560x1440
External Devices Connected: Keyboard, Mouse, Headphones, Two Monitors, Webcam, Laptop Cooling Pad

I've linked two reports of times my computer crashed. Just check the last few minutes for the crash.

If it is not the temperatures and it is not a outdated driver, then it is caused by the game itself + some other app running together. See if you eliminate that companion app and if it continues to crash.
Your hottest GPU sensor usually doesn't go higher than 83° C, which is still well within the suggested operating temp of 85° C or below and for the most part the temps stay in the mid 70s, which is perfectly normal. However, just before the end of one log it ramps up to 87° C. I believe max for that GPU is 93 °C so you are getting close to trouble here.

Your CPU temps are pretty toasty too. They went as high as 100 °C, which is below the max listed temp of 105 °C but only just. You really want them to stay below 90 °C.

Get some canned air and dust out your laptop's cooling system's fins. If your system is still under warranty I'd strongly suggest you contact the manufacturer's tech support before you delve more deeply than just dusting from the outside. Give them the temperature results and see what they say. It could be that the cooling system has a warped heatsink contact surface or it is improperly mounted or doesn't have enough thermal compound, etc. Or, they might tell you that a 100 °C CPU temp is perfectly normal for their laptop.

I don't know what game you were playing here but whatever it was it was really loading your system.

I was probably playing Beat Saber at that time. For some reason Beat Saber seems to overload my system more than an actually good looking VR game.
How many front fans do you have (blowing IN fresh air) ? How many back fans do you have (sucking out hot air)? Good cooling is important especially when you cpu reaches above 90 C.

If adding more fans do not help, then you may need a better cpu heatsink.

I'm pretty sure there's only 2 fans for the entire laptop. I'm not entirely sure, but when I opened it up I only saw two.
Sorry, never mind my comments, I thought you have a desktop.
My Mom's laptop started this so I took the bottom cover off (as much as possible) blew it out with compressed air.

I also invested in one of these. https://www.amazon.com/Laptop-Cooling-Pads-External-Fans/b?ie=UTF8&node=2243862011

This solved her overheating issues.
