After my administrator account had corrupted (but I created a new one), my windows changed its menu and other program languages (such as "Start" it displayed in Thai). I tried the regional settings but it also didn't work. Does any one ancountered the same problem? How can I fix this? What do I need to doenload? I nedd to change it back to English.

In Internet Explorer go to Tools/Internet Options and click on the Language tab then click on the Add tab and select English.

Try Start/Settings/Control Panel/Regional and Language Option/ then reset to English.
