All of my settings, drivers and networking programs have either been disabled, erased or uninstalled. Tried almost everything. Anyway to revert them all to original settings and drivers? I dont have the cd or any possible way to access a new installation cd.

That's what the Recovery partition (or Recovery USB flash drive or set of Recovery DVDs) is for.

Better in my opinion is to download and install the latest correct drivers that you need, and the same for those network programs.
