My wife is accessing another computer via remote desktop. She does some work in there, then she minimized (she is still connected) and opened Outlook Express and Excel. When she does this the keyboard gets messed up and when she tries to type it is all wrong. Its basically the Right side of her keyboard. Any thoughts on this??? Thanks

Any chance it's a laptop? since you mentioned the right side of the keyboard...that's the side that the keyboard can be switched to be used as a numeric keypad...

Yes, it is a Toshiba satellite laptop

Now the fonts and icons are very big...She can do a system restore but we need to somehow figure out what is happening.
