Hi it appears @ and " are the wrong way around on my pc I have tried all the language settings and they seem ok any idead please how to resolve it

I thought I remembered seeing this problem posted here before, but I can't find the original thread. I think it involved the keyboard layout being setup up for the UK. Maybe someone else can help me out here.
