So lightning hit our neighborhood and our power went out. When I rebooted my computer it went to the screen that asked you to press F1 F2 but on my damaged keyboard some of the keys do not work including f1or f2 I did order a new keyboard but it doesn’t arrive until next week. I was hoping I could just put the usb of my mothers wireless keyboard into my towers USB port then click F1 F2 on her keyboard so I can get off the screen but that did not work. I right now have no computer. Any help would be appreciated.

Your screenshot shows that you have two keyboards and two mice plugged into USB ports.
Make sure that you have only your mothers wireless keyboard and the one mouse plugged in and make sure that they are plugged into the black USB 2.0 ports and not the faster red or blue USB 3.0/3.1 ports.
