I am having a serious problem. In can no longer access my email on Juno.com. All of my friends, family, business connections, etc. are there, and only a few have I memorized. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Describe what happens. "I can no longer access" doesn't tell us if the page doesn't load, the password is rejected, your username is not recognized or something else.

Also from time to time, I take a screenshot and print out the pages of my address book. I've been using Juno since the mid 1990's and I know I would not remember everyone.
