juice induced accident but nothing is wrong ??

hello
I have a gigabyte aero 15x laptop and last week I spilt juice on it. I reacted pretty quickly, I turned it off, and literally sucked out the juice w my mouth (it was the only thing I could think to do that could help lol) then I cleaned underneath all the keys with paper towel and antiseptic wipes

i turned it on the next day and certain keys weren’t working, I contacted gigabyte to send it in for repairs but I decided to let it dry more beforehand so I could get my data off without worrying as much about it going even more pear shaped than it already had.

I checked it today and ... the buttons are working again, nothing seems wrong and now I’m unsure if I should send it in at all. I know that laptop will get hot bc of the gaming I do so I do worry about any residual juice damage but I’m also worried about being charged for **** I don’t really need.

I’ve googled a bunch but there haven’t been many posts about spilling juice and having no detectable issues afterwards lol

How much juice did you spill? Well, you reacted quickly so you may have got most of it out. Maybe clean under the keys again to make sure its okay. Otherwise, it sounds okay.
If the juice is acidic and got on some metal contacts it could corrode them after a period of time like leaking batteries in a radio. Most keyboards have a rubber membrane under them and may have protected your computer.
