I've got the virus and I've read every every thread I can find, but I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Also, I seem to have some other things with it........ I have Stopzilla that keeps blocking:

istsvc.exe
powerscan.exe
actalert.exe
tsm2.exe
optimize.exe
sidfind.exe
sais.exe
webrebates1.exe

I've never had spyware until my brother-in-law stayed for 2 days, I don't know what he was downloading, but it was nasty for me!!!

Here's my hijack this log, I'd really appreciate any help.

Also, I would add:

Here are some entries that need to be fixed in Hijack This:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [egwizr] C:\WINDOWS\System32\egwizr.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [idisplb] C:\WINDOWS\System32\idisplb.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [inscardw] C:\WINDOWS\System32\inscardw.exe

04 - HKLM\..\Run: [ontsubf] C:\WINDOWS\System32\ontsubf.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [wprovaun] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wprovaun.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [N9cBE4BDv] C:\WINDOWS\rksro.exe

And, in Safe Mode find and delete the following files:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\egwizr.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\idisplb.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\inscardw.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wprovaun.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ontsubf.exe
C:\WINDOWS\rksro.exe

I ran all of the programs recommended by SC, then I did what Wayne suggested............. But I couldn't find any of the things to delete in safe mode. I don't seem to be getting any more pop-ups, but now Norton pops on all the time saying it found a trojan virus and is removing it????

Here's my log, and again, thanks so much!!!
