when you say reinstalled your windows - what OS if any was installed on the tablet

Issues with Clip Studio Paint or with screen tablets in windows after reinstall
So i've got myself a new tablet and reinstalled my windows and once i downloaded csp i encountered couple new problems i think i didn't have before.
For the first one it would be stabilizer starting working with delay like here: https://i.gyazo.com/eb4fe9589765f917624410fed7c84fda.mp4
And the second one is that when using the most convenient stabilizer setting for me and one i used with the old tablet which is "reduce stabilization when drawing quickly" the curve turns to a straight line mid curve
In the gif you can see that it doesn't happen when i use another stabilizer setting
I tried turning windows ink on and off and trying different csp preferences but nothing works
And when trying it now on the old tablet, it still does all those things, so i blame windows reinstall, please help
