Am I correct in presuming, please, that this is NOT a new build only very recently completed.
When you say the 1060 worked fine - two weeks ago - was that in THIS computer
When you remove the card and the computer boots OK and loads Windows, that on your spec shows you are using the integrated graphics in the CPU, the UHD 630, but to do so, they have of course to be connected at the I/O port, so may I presume that you did so connect. I mention this only to ensure that you were actually connected, in the first instance to the actual card
Was the EVGA650 Supernova PSU a spare PSU from a previous build
How was the 1060/1660 connected and was it the same cable as connected the integrated graphics.
