hi:

When i start the setup of battlefield vietnam and its almost completed (Install Shield Wizard) an error appears it is like this:

"Error BATTLEFEILD VIETNAM

A support installation file

C:/Windows/.../..../Temp/.../{823if-mfgfj4-fjyt3-24545-jkfhrt9}/isrt.dll
could not be installed

Access is denied"

i don't know how to fix it please post the solution here or send me an e-mail to [email protected].

Just curious, are you logged in to an administrator account?

Try running disk cleanup ( start > programs > accessories > system tools (I think))

Get rid of all the TEMP files. Then try again.

i think is related with a problem of the installshield but i don't know
