hi:

When i start the setup of battlefield vietnam and its almost completed (Install Shield Wizard) an error appears it is like this:

"A support installation file

C:/Windows/.../..../Temp/.../{823if-..../isrt.dll
could not be installed

Access is denied"

i don't know how to fix it please post the solution here or send me an e-mail to [email protected].

what operating system, make sure your logged on as administrator
