Is a dynamic disk bad for a regular computer?

I'm bad with computers/computer terms, so I hope this is understandable.

I accidentally made my disk 1 (disk with my C: drive) into a dynamic disk while trying to add my unallocated space (deleted D:, from another disk) to my C: drive. From what I've seen, there's no way to change it back unless I delete everything in that disk. I don't want to do that, so is it ok to keep it how it is? I mostly use my computer for video games and digital art. I only really download mods. A dynamic disk wont affect anything, right? Also, is there still a way to add that space to my C: drive? I'm almost out of space. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you! :giggle:
