I have a toshiba gaming laptop, Qosmio x875-q7190. It's been great for about 2 years but has lately been giving me blue screens on startup before I can login. Now If I let stay on the blue screen and just let the laptop sleep for a while, I'll open it up and it will be at the login screen as though there is no problem, using this I made the laptop access safe mode boot with networking and it works fine. I'm unsure what to do from here though, I've ran through the troubleshooting options (System restore, refresh etc) they give me errors on saying could not complete and nothing was changed. I ran through the drivers, everything seemed to be updated, and I tried to run memory diagnostic, but it also gave me an error like the other troubleshooting options.
I really do love this laptop and I'm committed to getting it fixed.

We do need the actual log file (called a DMP file) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
We prefer at least 2 DMP files to spot trends and confirm the cause.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found hereIf you have any questions about the procedure please ask

If you are using Blue screen view, who crashed, or a similar application, don't. They are wrong at least as often as they are correct
