Did anyone ever figure out the problem? My HP laptop is doing the same thing. My iPhone pairs with the laptop just fine but then the laptop is stuck on "pair your devices with Bluetooth" Anyone know how to fix this?

Please provide us more information regarding the hardware you are trying to pair as follows.
1. The model number of your HP laptop.
2. The operating system of the laptop.
3. The model of your iPhone.

I don't own an iPhone and I don't pair phones by bluetooth BUT when I pair bluetooth keyboards or speakers, I have to open devices and printers and then pair it through there. I've used 2 different bluetooth speakers and 2 different bluetooth keyboards and paired there 4 devices with no problem.
