I'm setting up(trying) a xp home laptop with differant user logins to access 5 diff lan addresses and workgroups. I create a account with limited access and I cannot change ip settings, when I set account as admin I change ip globally on user accounts. Is there a way to set up user logins with differant ips and workgroups?

You have to set up 5 profiles. Within each profile you can setup different IPs.

Or, you can setup 5 logins. Again, you will be able to setup specific info to each.

You will have to change the workgroup membership each time you want to log into a difference LAN.
