Hello friends,

I have a problem with my Cyberlink WebCam. A few months ago, I had to have the hard disc of my laptop (Samsung) replaced. Essentially, everything works properly. Only today, I realised that the WebCam is not working anymore. To be more precise, the internal system administration lists it under the appliances and says the driver is up to date, too. But there is no access to the device, I cannot open or use the WebCam. So, apparently, something DID go wrong during that hard disc replacement.

The SysInfo check produced the following result:
Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 42 Stepping 7
Processor Count: 4
RAM: 6057 Mb
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000, -1988 Mb
Hard Drives: C: 465 GB (275 GB Free);
Motherboard: SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO., LTD., 300V3A/300V4A/300V5A/200A4B/200A5B
Antivirus: Microsoft Security Essentials, Enabled and Updated

If anyone has a useful idea and/or experience with this kind of problem, I will be grateful for any hint.
With best regards,
