Hello friends,

I have a problem with my Cyberlink WebCam. A few months ago, I had to have the hard disc of my laptop (Samsung) replaced. Essentially, everything works properly. Only today, I realised that the WebCam is not working anymore. To be more precise, the internal system administration lists it under the appliances and says the driver is up to date, too. But there is no access to the device, I cannot open or use the WebCam. So, apparently, something DID go wrong during that hard disc replacement.

The SysInfo check produced the following result:
