after loging on to internet after a few minutes i get this

internet explorer has encountered a problem and nees to close.

what windows version do you have
and what version of IE

it may just need repairing or re-installing

my computer is windows xp and micosoft internet explorer

by the way re installed no change do i need to take to some one to repair

try restoring to before you had the problem

start>
programs>
accessories>
system tools>
system restore>

select a date before the problem

happy to let you know that my computer is back up and running like it was brand new. not one proplem to speak of . I did a full system restore. worked perfactly, thank you so much for your advice. thank you
