I have problem with my COMPAQ 6125 Presario PC with Win XP Home as OS. Whenever I try to run Internet my Modem, after getting connected for some time, hangs and the connection drops. Sometimes the PC itself hangs. I have tried to get it corrected by the Vendor (I have Compaq Care Pack) but even after reinstalling the OS he is unable to fix the problem. Please suggest me a way out of the problem.
