Hi Tanya...

Not sure I understand
if i allow windows to fix the conflicts
but have you checked the settings for your default ISP in Control Panel - Dialup Networking applet?
Highlight your chosen ISP (if you deleted the old ISP it shoud not appear here) and right click - Properties.
On the General Tab you should see the selected ISP name near the top, and on the Dialing tab the boxes 'This is the default internet connection' and 'Always dial my default connection' should be checked.

I think I understand... but I might be wrong

Ok.. if you are using IE to also connect you automatically to the internet and you are getting an error.... is it because its trying to dialup the old ISP #??.... if thats what it is .....you need to go to MyComputer / Dial-Up Networking &
DELETE THE OLD CONNECTION &
make a new connection to the NEW ISP #

Hope thats all the problem is... & that will fix it for you. If not get back to us either way & let us know.

:) Savvy
