Internet Connection Problem from my phone

Phone: Samsung S3 Neo
Modem: Technicolor tg589vn v3

About a month ago I have suddenly stopped getting internet connection to my phone from only my internet (wifi). Other devices can connect to my wifi network and my phone can connect to different wifi networks. My phone does connect to the wifi (It says connect to Edimax...) but no data comes in.The problem is not that I have inputted the wrong password. I have tried resetting the phone (factory reset), no progress. I have called my ISP (they don't know how to help). I don't know what else I can do. Please if you can, help me.

I don't know Android, but I'm guessing that you can forget the network and then connect to it again.
I am afraid the problem is not from my Android, I have tried everything the page plodr gave me but unfortunately none of these worked. Forgetting the network definitely doesn't work.
Sorry; when I first read "The problem is not that I have inputted the wrong password" I missed the all important word "not." :(

Something that often works with Windows, so it may work with the phone: Disable encryption on the router and connect the phone. Then re-enable encryption on the router and reconnect the phone.
When one or more devices refuse to connect, I disconnect the power from my router for at least a minute. Then when I connect, the router starts assigning IPs for each device on our network.
