Internet connection issues, network is fine

So this is a perplexing problem I've been having.

At home I have a wireless network set up for multiple computers. My personal computer is hardlined into the wireless router directly, which is attached to the cable modem. My internet on my laptop (wifi) is fine, as is my mother's desktop (wifi) and my father's desktop (also wifi) but on my computer i cannot connect to the internet despite being able to connect to the network in the house.

I've tried refreshing the modem by calling comcast and asking them to do it but that didn't work, and i've tried switching out my cable (between the computer and the router) and that hasn't worked. So i'm stumped.

the operating system is windows XP and it's a somewhat old Dell if that makes a difference

Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
(For Vista or 7 type CMD in the Search box after Start)

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.
