Intel Motherboard wont install RAID Drivers

I have a Intel® Desktop Board D975XBX2 Motherboard. I put on 4 250GB SATA300 HDs in my Computer. My problem is that when I insert my floppy disk when windows tells me to insert the RAID Drivers Floppy in. it tells me that the CD or Floppy could be damaged. we checked the floppy and it works fine. I also read that there is a problem with the Intel® Desktop Board D975XBX2 not recognizing the Drives. My connections are under Blue SATA Connectors. the OS is not installed so I cant give you the info. Any Ideas?

The blue ones are the sil controller I believe. What driver are you attempting to load?
Have you entered the raid bios and created the array?
From your manual any drive connected to the sil controller must be in raid. Non-raid drives are not supported.
