I'm trying to install XP Pro on a hard drive that is empty. It starts the process and formats the hard drive to NTFS but once it completes and restarts the computer it goes through the same sequence again....what am I doing wrong???

Do you, "Press any key to boot from CD" when it restarts? You shouldn't - just hands-off!
