Ram that I upgrade to
Yes sorry forgot to add that info. I updated post with new 8gb ram info. You have THIS Dell Inspiron 15 3543 Notebook PC which was purchased on April 19, 2015.
It came with this 4 GB x 1 of DDR3L-1600 MHz RAM.
It has a single DIMM slot that supports a 2 GB or a 4 GB or a 8 GB DDR3L-1600 MHz module.
Since it already has a 4 GB module, I'm going to assume you replaced it with a 8 GB module.
Can you provide us with a description of that module from the information on its label?
-------------------------------------------------
Yes its properly locked and pushed all the way.According to your image in post #2, this appears to be the 8 GB module you installed in your Lenovo.

The specs listed for it appear to be compatible with your notebook, so I don't know why it's not working.
Did you make sure to properly insert and lock it in its slot?
------------------------------------------------
Yes I disconected battery and removed cable before replacing, and tried removing battery and pressing power button for several seconds.Did you disconnect the power adapter and then remove the battery and then press and hold in the power button for several seconds to remove all residual power from that Lenovo before you removed the 4 GB module and inserted the 8 GB module?
Can you submit an image of the original 4 GB module so we can see what's written on its sticker?
If you can see its brand name and any information without removing it, do that first.
Some notebooks can be finicky what RAM modules you install in them.
It's possible G.Skill Ripjaws modules isn't compatible with it.
-------------------------------------------------
Also i placed this ram in other laptop and its working, and laptop says its 8gb.Yes I disconected battery and removed cable before replacing, and tried removing battery and pressing power button for several seconds.
Ok. Thank you so mutch for your help.According to the 4 GB module in your second image, its brand name is Micron and it is a single-rank module.
I believe the G.Skill Ripjaws 8 GB is a dual-rank module, but I can't confirm that.
The label on the plastic sleeve that G.Skill Ripjaws 8 GB module came in says it's designed for 4th generation Intel processors.
The Intel Core i5-5200U in your Dell is a 5th generation Intel processor.
I'm not a RAM module expert, so I'm getting a bit over my head here.
I'm going to leave you with someone else more qualified who hopefully will jump in.
Good luck.

Thank you. I will buy Crucial 8Gb ram.Evidently the G.Skill is bad or not compatible, Not much specs given on the G.Skill. the latency on the G.skill is 9 where your original is 11. Most laptops don't have much adjustment in the bios. If you are able to get into the Bios and change the latency to 9 or reset the Cmos you may be able use the G.Skill. If you used The new egg memory finder it is not always 100% right. Crucial is good and New egg shows this one as compatible and also on the Crucial site https://www.newegg.com/crucial-8gb-204-pin-ddr3-so-dimm/p/N82E16820148679 Crucial guarantees this to work.
