Okay, this is very frustrating. I go to install a stripped down version of Windows XP Pro through boot up and it has that blue screen where it's preparing to load it, it loads all the drivers, then at the bottom it says "Windows is starting" and hops to a blue screen of death asking me to check for viruses. Please help!

NOTE: It's not just this version of Windows. I've tried numerous different Operating Systems such as Windows Royale and Windows XP Pro retail.

PS: My friend sitting right next to me just installed the stripped down XP Pro on his laptop no problems.

Any help is appreciated.
