I have recently been interested in Inspiron's 7567 laptop http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/productdetails/inspiron-15-7567-laptop/fncwf512s. The hard drive that comes included is a 1TB 5400rpm hybrid hard drive. Some other models of this same laptop have an extra m.2 ssd. Do all 7567 models have the capibility to have an m.2 drive? Or is it exclusive to the more expensive model, featuring dual drives with 128GB solid state drive+ 1TB 5400 rpm hard drive?

Hard to tell at your link, chances are you can add an m2 later but to make sure I would contact Dell and ask them unless someone else here knows for sure.

All of the models are shown when you click "view all configurations".

Yes I know but it doesn't say if you can install an m2 after purchase, that's why I suggested you contact Dell directly.
