Hi I recently purchased this used inspatation 8000, worked fine for a few days now when it starts up after windows gets done started that is and before i can access any programs i get this blue screen with the error states stop: 00x000000F4 (0x00000003,0x81981790,0x81981904,0x805F9F88) please i'm a dummy but could someone tell me what this means and what to do to get it up and running again. Thanks

Sounds like a failing hard drive as heat is an issue...you could try installing Speedfan to monitor heat and fan speeds but it may not work on a laptop unless there are bios reading for health it can read. http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php
I would also try elevating the back of the Notebook with something to see if it can better breathe and avoid this.

Well guess you are right about the hard drive because when i tried to do as you suggested I cannot even do anything all i get is no bootable drive detected will not let me do anything..so now do I have to go out and buy a hard drive for this unit...Thanks
