Hello All,

I have the following message when I try to enable my infrared.

Error 45: Your infrared software has encountered an internal error.

Can anyone help?

Hiya

When you say the infrared, is this a mouse, or something else? Also, what is the version of Windows that you're using?

Check the infrared device's software configuration under Network Properties. If it is an external or removable device, check the connection. Then restart Windows.
