IncrediMail error message

Would really appreciate your help again, guys. I have been
using IncrediMail as my default mail server but all of a sudden
I am getting an error message as follows....... INCREDIMAIL caused an invalid page fault in
module MFC42.DLL at 017f:5f401c65.

Thanks Dark Star, a very informative site that I am sure will be
of great help down the road.....but as for my current problem, I`m
sorry to say I couldn`t find the answer there....

Thanx for posting back, sorry to hear that the articles therein did not address the problem you are dealing with.

If it's not been too long of a time since this thing started you might want to:

1)Start in MS-DOS mode and press the Ctrl key as soon as your PC starts this will get you the Bootup menu.

2)Once the menu is up choose Comand prompt only

3)Type Scanreg /restore at the prompt

4)You will see a sceen where you can select which registry backup to use.

5)Choose your back up and press Restore

6)When ready you'll be prompted to Restart your computer
