Faithful One,
Does she also want to fix the internet connection problem?
She will have to go into the registry to take it off her machine:
Click Start / Run / Regedit < type
Navigate to the following keys by clicking on the +sign next to each successive folder in the following paths:
Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Classes \ CLSID \ {5D60FF48-95BE-4956-B4C6-6BB168A70310}',
& HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Browser Helper Objects \ {5D60FF48-95BE-4956-B4C6-6BB168A70310}'
Right click on that folder named by those above numbers, and DELETE,
Close 'regedit' and reboot.
Double click 'my computer' , then double click C: , open Program Files, delete this folder >
IncrediFind
Then do a search using 'find' for
incfindbho.dll, if you still find it, DELETE it,
Double click on 'internet explorer', her desktop icon,
click Tools / Internet Options.
Click the Programs tab / click Reset Web Settings.
Reboot and test,
