IE6 womt connect autpmatically

When I click on the IE6 destop icon, DUN does not automatically connect to the web. I have to click or check the "connect automatically" box that appears but at a subsequent boot this box becomes unche3cked again! I never had this problem with IE5. Any solutions please

If you haven't already, go to tools> internet options>connections tab and select "always dial my default connection", doing this should solve your problem.
