Ok, well this problem showed up saturday night, IE simply refuses to keep me logged in at any message board[and I`m going to bet this one as well]
I need some help cause I`m an admin at a few boards that I`m opening this week, please you`re my last resort.

Have you checked your cookies settings in IE? I had mine set to "High" and I couldn't sign in either. I lowered it to medium and it worked, just a suggestion.
