IE is fast when surfing, but downlaods are very slow.

Hi, im having a problem with my IE. Its very fast when surfing, but when i try to download(P2P is closed) it starts high and then slowly drops down. Can anyone help?

Run hijackthis again and put a checkmark against these entries....double check
in case you miss anything....
.....then,close all browser and outlook windowsincluding this one and "fix checked"
